Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be booked in advance through the online booking calendar. Appointments require a minimum of 48 hours notice and are released on a rolling basis. Availability is limited, and sessions may only be booked within the time slots shown on the calendar. Same-day and next-day appointments are not available. Once an appointment is booked, clients will receive a confirmation email with session details. Please arrive on time, as sessions begin promptly and cannot be extended beyond the scheduled time.
